1. If our team does not believe the song(s) is a good fit for our network or that it needs significant improvement and the musical artist is not willing to make those changes, refunds are available and you will be notified via email within 3 business days.
2. You will be eligible for a full refund at any time within fourteen (14) working days beginning on the day after you receive confirmation of your cancellation of any Service and/or Subscription from Top Music Marketing Agency®. This is provided you have not used any of the Service(s) during this period and this is the first payment made as part of the subscription.
3. The fourteen (14) day refund policy outlined above is only applicable to the first payment made of your subscription or payment plan. Any payments made as part of your regular subscription fee or payment plan will not be applicable for a refund as part of the contract entered into under these Terms between you and Top Music Marketing Agency®.
4. Regardless of eligibility, all refunds must be requested made via a form which can be supplied to you by contacting info@topmusicmarketingagency.com.
5. You are able to downgrade or cancel at any time. If you choose to downgrade from a paid subscription to a free subscription on the platform you’ll remain Premium until your next payment is due and a refund will not be applicable.
6. We reserve the right to refuse a full or partial refund if any items do not meet the above criteria.
7. If You opt into any service(s) which requires a deposit You acknowledge that the deposit put down for any service is non-refundable in all circumstances, including but not limited to if You decide You do not want or are no longer able to continue with any service they have purchased with Top Music Marketing Agency®. Upon receipt of the deposit, the customer agrees that the deposit funds held by Top Music Marketing Agency® are non-refundable, but can be allocated for other services should You no longer be able to continue with service the deposit was originally intended for.
The Playlist Pitching service offers more playlists that your track will be pitched to, but no guarantees in time of being featured by a playlist or playlists. This can vary from a day to months in theory.
The Spotify Promotion has a guaranteed period of being promoted (and mostly is even longer) but a more narrow reach.
No, we can not, therefore we offer a “No cure, no pay guarantee”. You will receive a full refund if we do not find any match for your music and a playlist.
This service is not about selling streams but about promoting you and your music. We cannot tell how many streams you will receive since this can vary a lot. Feel free to message us to get an estimation for your specific track.
Without having a large fanbase yet, it is very hard to get your music heard by new people. The reason for this is that the algorithm simply hasn’t found enough suitable matches between your music and listeners on Spotify with their algorithmic playlists such as Discover Weekly and Time capsule.
This totally depends on the curator of the specific playlists. From our experience, we can tell that this is mostly several weeks to several months.
This heavily depends on all sorts of factors, such as for example the quality of your song and the genre of your song. From our experience, we can tell that most likely on average you will be featured in at least several playlists per pitch. Please note that this is not a guarantee.
Overall we only work with English music. If you submit a song in another language, we can’t guarantee it to be featured in playlists in the same language.

It’s to good to be real ahaha. Insane. Like the saves and everything it’s insane how is it possible for people to comment on trustpilot that you guys scum while you also have rewards and reviews from big sites like Rolling Stones and shit but I will work for you for sure the audience it’s new but I guess each promotion company has its circles but I’m extremely happy I hope it stays like this and rises and for sure you will be my 1 promotion site. Cause I notice you also try to help the artist not just give him streams like most others. It also depends on the song like many people also think you ar responsible for there rise but it’s 50/50 and I’m glad I ignore the bad reviews and did more research on your rewards and reviews so those people it’s just they can’t fit there ego and the blame other and also all bad reviews where for the trial you where doing and it’s funny how people said those stuff for a trial.
